This morning the children from 6th class planted a tree behind Fr. Frankie’s house to remember their Confirmation. Thank you to Seamus and Fr. Frankie for doing this with us.

Yesterday we went on our school tour to Baysports in Athlone where we took part in land and water activities. A great day was had by all!

We had our Sports Day at the pitch today. We had a fun day competing against each other in various activities like running, potato & spoon race, wheelbarrow race, sack race, three-legged race, relay races and over-under races.

A big thank you to Caoimhe & Grace who did a water safety talk and demonstration with our class on Monday. We talked about water safety and everyone got a chance to practise throwing a ring buoy.  

Today the whole school took part in a Sponsored Walk and we had a lovely treat of ice cream afterwards. It was a great day!
