We had a very enjoyable visit with Ben from Cuilcagh Lakelands Geopark. We made some fossils in class using different moulds and we investigated various rocks out in the field with Ben’s help. We had to complete a trail using hints and when we returned to class we explored the erosion of rocks, using sugar cubes and rocks to show how it happens. It was a great way to spend a Wednesday afternoon!
